cURL for Windows 10 & Azure Cognitive Service Primer

• cURL  is a useful for looking at API's.  ]
• Windows 10 has cURL built in.
• Azure Cognitive Services (AI) supports CURL 

In this example I am using Azure Cognitive service to provide a jpeg using curl on my Windows 10 Surface laptop.
